Our commitment

Forcified works for security and defence. We are convinced that the ability to defend is a prerequisite for peace, freedom and stability in Europe. Our vision solutions help crews perceive their surroundings and operate their vehicles safely. In doing so, they protect the people who take responsibility for our security.

This task comes with a particular responsibility. The following principles apply to Forcified GmbH & Co. KG and to everyone acting on its behalf. Management is responsible for ensuring that they are observed.

Export control and sanctions

Our products are frequently subject to foreign trade law. We comply with the German Foreign Trade and Payments Act and Ordinance (AWG/AWV), the EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821, the sanctions and embargo regulations of the European Union and, where applicable, the export control regulations of other countries, such as US re-export rules.

• We only supply goods and services that require a licence once the licence has been granted.
• We verify end users and end use and obtain end-user certificates where required.
• We screen business partners against the relevant sanctions lists.
• Where there is doubt about the end use, we decline the business.

Responsibility for licences and export documents is agreed with the manufacturers we represent on a project-by-project basis.

Integrity and fair competition

We win business through technical expertise and reliable support. We do not offer, promise or grant bribes or any other improper advantage, nor do we accept them. This expressly applies to dealings with public officials and procurement authorities. Hospitality and gifts remain within customary and appropriate limits.

We comply with competition and antitrust law and do not enter into agreements with competitors on prices, bids or markets. We disclose potential conflicts of interest. We use confidential information from customers and manufacturers solely for the agreed purpose.

Environment and supply chain

Our camera housing is developed by Forcified and manufactured in Germany. For us, robust and durable products are also a contribution to conserving resources. We take substance regulations such as REACH and RoHS into account where they apply to the product concerned. Information under Article 33 REACH and available manufacturer data are provided on request.

We expect our suppliers and partners to comply with applicable law, to respect human rights and fair working conditions, and to exclude forced and child labour. We support our customers in meeting their supply chain due diligence obligations by providing the information they need.

Please send questions on compliance and export control, as well as reports of possible violations, to compliance@forcified.de. We treat reports confidentially. Anyone who submits a report in good faith need not fear any disadvantage. Independently of this, the German Federal Government’s external reporting office at the Federal Office of Justice (Bundesamt für Justiz) is also available.
