Website delivery and hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When a page is requested, technically necessary connection data such as the IP address, time, requested resource and browser information is transmitted to the web server. Processing serves website delivery, stability and security on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement with ALL-INKL under Article 28 GDPR.
Server log files
Each time a page is requested, the web server logs access data such as the IP address, date and time, requested address, status code, amount of data transferred, referring website and browser identifier. The logs are used solely to keep the website secure and stable and to detect faults and attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not combined with other data sources. Log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for these purposes.
No cookies and no analytics
The website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking services, or third-party embeds. It does not write its own data to local storage, session storage or IndexedDB and does not register service workers. The language is selected solely through the URL; light or dark appearance follows your device settings. Images and stylesheets are loaded from our own server and may be cached by your browser so that pages load faster; they contain no personal data. Text is displayed using locally available system fonts.
Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us, we process your details and the content of your enquiry to respond to it. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in handling business communications. Data is deleted when its purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations or other lawful grounds require continued storage. There is no contact form.
External links
Partner websites are opened only when you choose to follow a link. The respective provider’s privacy information then applies. Email and telephone links open the relevant application configured on your device.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Any consent given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement.
Right to object
Where we process personal data under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will stop processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or need the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
